In accordance with the rules on the processing of personal data and Italian measures of the Italian Supervisory Authority (http://www.garanteprivacy.it), of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on privacy (hereinafter 'GDPR') and of the Council of 27 April 2016, this is intended to inform the user about the methods of treatment of data concerning him, acquired as a result of browsing our site.

2) Types of data collected
Following the navigation on our site, we inform you that the TTD will collect and treat, at the operational headquarters referred to in paragraph 1):
a) your personal data, which you have provided to us voluntarily and with your explicit consent (through, for example, a contact form, a registration form or by subscribing to a newsletter); the user guarantees to have the right to communicate them to the TTD, freeing the latter from any responsibility towards third parties.
b) the navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate our site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: the IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and the addresses of websites from which it was accessed, information on pages visited by users within of the site, the time of access, the stay on the single page, the analysis of the route taken within the site, the geographical location of the user (which can be inhibited by the user by modifying the settings of his 'browser' ) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
3) Recipients of personal data
The TTD adopts the appropriate security measures to prevent their access, their disclosure, their modification, their sale or their destruction not explicitly authorized by the user. At the request of the TTD and following the explicit consent of the user, in addition to the TTD could have access to the data referred to in paragraphs 2.a) and 2.b):
a) subjects involved in the organization and management of our site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators);
b) external parties, as suppliers of third party technical services, couriers, banks, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, platform providers for sending emails, professional offices providing assistance and advice on accounting matters, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection;
c) subjects, bodies or authorities that are obliged to disclose personal data for purposes of compliance, abuse or fraud. The subjects referred to in the previous points 3.a), 3.b) and 3.c) are also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the TTD. 4) Purposes of processing the collected data
The data referred to in paragraphs 2.a) and 2.b) above are processed:
a) without the user's consent according to the provisions of art. 6 of the GDPR, for the following purposes: to conclude contracts for the services offered by the site; fulfill the pre-contractual and tax obligations deriving from the relationship existing with the user; fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by the community legislation or by an order of the Authorities (for example anti-money laundering); exercise the rights of the TTD, such as the right to defense in court.
b) only subject to your explicit consent (article 7 of the GDPR), for the following purposes: send emails, mail, fax, make phone calls, send messages like mms or sms, send newsletters and / or commercial communications and / or advertising material on products and / or services offered by the TTD.
5) Transfer of extra-EU data
The data will not be transferred or communicated to subjects located outside the European Union.
6) Data retention
Personal data provided voluntarily by the user are stored according to the following criteria:
- for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations (eg: document preservation) to which the TTD is subjected;
- for the time strictly necessary for the execution of the services and / or supplies requested by the user;
- for carrying out a task of public interest or for the exercise of official authority over which the TTD is invested;
- for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the TTD or third parties;
At the end of the data retention period, the user can request their cancellation by email to the TTD.
7) User rights
With reference to the data processed by the TTD, the user has the right to:
- ask the TTD to confirm whether or not personal data are being processed and, in this case, to obtain access (right of access, Article 15 of the GDPR);
- oppose the processing of your data. The user can oppose, by email to the TTD, the processing of their data when it takes place on a legal basis other than consent;
- access your data. The user has the right to request, via email to the TTD, and obtain information on their data processed by the TTD, on certain aspects of the treatment and to receive a copy of the data processed;
- verify and request rectification. The user can verify the correctness of their data and request, via email to the TTD, the updating, rectification and / or correction (right of rectification, Article 16 of the GDPR);
- obtain the cancellation or removal of personal data. The user can request, by email to the TTD, the cancellation of their data (right to be forgotten, Article 17 of the GDPR);
- obtain treatment limitation. When certain conditions occur (Article 18 of the GDPR), the user can request, by email to the TTD, the limitation of the processing of their data. In this case the TTD will not process the data for any other purpose other than for their conservation;
- receive a notification from the TTD. In case of corrections, cancellations or limitations on the processing of data, the user has the right to receive a notification from the TTD (Article 19 of the GDPR);
- receive their data or have them transferred to another owner (right to portability, Article 20 of the GDPR). The user has the right to receive his / her data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer without hindrance to another holder. This provision is applicable when the data are processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the user's consent, on a contract of which the user is a party or on contractual measures connected to it;
- withdraw consent. At any time, by email to the TTD, the user can revoke the consent to the processing of their personal data, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent given before the revocation, as well as to oppose the processing for marketing purposes and / or profiling related to marketing (right of opposition, Article 21, paragraph 2, of the GDPR);
- propose a complaint. If the user considers that the processing that concerns him is in violation of current legislation, he can propose a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority or act in court.
8) Security measures while browsing the site
Consultation of our site cannot guarantee users that the measures taken exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data by the devices used by the user; therefore, it is only advisable for the user to provide himself with adequate protection of data transmission on the network (antivirus systems, etc.). Each user is responsible for their Internet service and must ensure that they have taken appropriate measures for the security of data transmission over the network (anti-spam filters and firewalls).
9) Redirect towards third party sites and interaction with social networks
The website may contain links to third party websites and / or use the c.d. social plug-in. The TTD declines all responsibility for any request for data from third party sites and for the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.
10) Changes to this document
This information notice is effective from 25 May 2018. The TTD reserves the right to modify or update its content, in part or completely, also following changes in the applicable legislation. The TTD therefore invites to regularly consult the present informative note to get acquainted with the most recent and updated version of the privacy policy. If the modifications concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the TTD will, if necessary, collect the user's consent again.
